Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated September 2026
In short

Some links here are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a small commission — you pay exactly the same price, because it comes out of the seller’s margin. We never accept payment in exchange for a positive review.

01

How it works

01

You click a tracked link in one of our guides.

02

If you buy, the retailer pays us a percentage of the sale.

03

Your price is unchanged. The commission comes from the seller.

It is how independent content sites fund themselves without selling ad space or putting articles behind a subscription.

We disclose every time. A notice appears at the top of any article containing affiliate links, before the first link — never buried at the bottom. This is required by the US Federal Trade Commission’s endorsement guides, and it is also simply the honest way to operate.

02

What it changes, and what it never does

What it changes
  • The site earns a commission on some purchases.
  • That revenue keeps the guides free to read.
What it never changes
  • No brand pays us to recommend a product.
  • No company sees an article before publication, or has any right of review.
  • We link to products we would suggest regardless of whether a programme exists.
  • We publish negative conclusions even when an affiliate link is present.
  • Whether a supplement has a programme plays no part in what we write about.

Our full position is set out in the Editorial Policy.

03

Programmes we participate in

We may participate in affiliate programmes operated by online retailers and supplement companies. Where we do, the specific programme is named in the disclosure on the relevant article.

04

Your options

If you would rather not use an affiliate link, search for the product directly. It costs you nothing either way, and it changes nothing about the content you can read here.

Want to know whether a specific link is an affiliate link? Write to info@routinehealth.me and we will tell you.

An affiliate link is not a medical recommendation. Supplements interact with medication and with existing conditions — talk to your doctor or pharmacist first. See our Medical Disclaimer.
